Organizational Membership

California Native Plant Society has a long history of productive partnerships with other nonprofits, government agencies, and independent consultants. From the local, state, and federal agencies and consultants who use our online Rare Plant Inventory and Manual of California databases daily, to the nurseries who share their inventories on Calscape, CNPS continues to build positive and productive relationships.

CNPS Organizational Membership provides a way for consultants, companies, and agencies, as well as small nonprofits and nurseries, to support CNPS while obtaining an additional suite of benefits beyond those available for individual memberships.

Organizational Membership Levels

• Library ($75 annually)
  Flora & CNPS’s scientific journal subscriptions only
• Level 1 – Blue Oak ($150 Annually)
  Small Non-Profit or Nursery
  Provides all benefits of individual memberships with up to 2 cards, plus 10% CNPS’s scientific journal advertising discount
• Level 2 – Gray Pine ($500 Annually)
  Medium Nonprofit or Nursery/Small Consulting Firm
  Provides all benefits above for up to five membership cards with 15% CNPS’s scientific journal advertising discount and a 5% discount off member-rate for Conference registration
• Level 3 – White Fir ($1,000 Annually)
  Large Nonprofit or Nursery/Medium Consulting Firm
  Provides all benefits of level 2 for up to 10 membership cards and a 20% CNPS’s scientific journal advertising discount and CNPS member rates for statewide plant science training workshops. A 10% discount off member-rate for Conference registration.
• Level 4 – Coastal Redwood ($2,500 Annually)
  Large Consulting Firm or Government Agency
  Provides all benefits of Level 3 with 25% CNPS’s scientific journal advertising discount.
