Mix Canyon is the source of many of the plants propagated at the Jepson Chapter nursery and sold at our plant sales. The Chapter is sponsoring the field trip to Samuels Ranch at the top of Mix Canyon. from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.   Click here for a description of our hike there in the second spring after the LNU Complex Fires which swept through Mix Canyon in 2020.

This is a private ranch with a limit on the number of people (max 14) along with a $10 fee per person.
