Plant ID Spring Training

February the beginning of Spring Training for the Major League Baseball (MLB), so we decided to start a spring training of our own! Register today for tips and tricks! Your coaches will cover what is not included in plant identification keys—what they have learned from their years in the field.

Andrea has two decades of botany experience in public lands management in California, adding over 100 taxa to five local plant lists through observation and community science.

Join our second coach, Rupert Clayton, who saw a bank of bright yellow “lilies” at Pinnacles National Park in 2019 and was surprised to learn they’re a species that only grows in three places in the state.
