CNPS Workshop Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your workshop registration, please e-mail your cancellation request to Becky Reilly as soon as possible. Registration fee refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.
Please understand that starting about two weeks before a workshop, CNPS makes budgetary decisions based on the number of registered attendees, so the last day to request a refund is typically 2 weeks before the first day of the workshop (the exact date is listed on each workshop’s webpage, as well as in your confirmation e-mail). If you need to cancel your registration after the stated cancellation deadline, CNPS will be unable to issue a refund for your workshop registration and you will forfeit your payment, regardless of personal or professional emergency.
If you have to cancel within 2 weeks of the workshop, please still let us know, so we know not to expect you on the day of.
Registration name changes are accepted, with no deadline before the workshop. Please have the original registrant e-mail Becky Reilly with the name and e-mail of the person who will be attending in their place. If the original registration was purchased at the CNPS member rate, but the attendee whose name is being changed onto the registration is not a CNPS member, you may be asked to pay the difference between the CNPS member and non-member rate. If the original registration was purchased at the non-member rate, and the attendee whose name is being changed onto the registration is a CNPS member, then the difference in registration rates will not be refunded.
