Why should l have my nursery listed on Calscape?
Traffic We have over one million hits a year and with the new update, more outreach, and buzz around native plants, we expect the traffic to only increase! This will lead to more customers for you, and more native plants in people’s gardens!
New features We are making it easier for you to upload your plant availability and list your nursery. Additional improved content (better photos, descriptions of plants, garden inspiration, tips and tricks to gardening with native plants) will inspire customers and encourage more people to visit your nursery.
Reservation system By adding the quantities, sizes, and prices of your plants, customers will be able to reserve plants via Calscape to pick up at your nursery. This is a great way to reach a broader customer base and increase your sales.
What are the goals and new features of Calscape?
The main objectives of Calscape’s updates are to highlight and modernize tools, update and clean up content, and build out resources for nurseries. New nursery tools include an improved nursery directory, new inventory tools and a plant reservation system.
What is the timeline for the new Calscape?
Calscape’s public launch is targeted later this year. More details to come!
