When should I prune my rasberry bushes and do I cut them right down?

If you have regular raspberry bushes, rather than native raspberries, pruning may depend on whether they are the type that bear fruit more than once a year. You might call your county agriculture cooperative extension office for advice. In some counties, this service is still there, and a big help to home gardeners. Good luck, Lori Hubbart
