Default Unidentified Shrub

Hi,

Here is another ID question from my visit to California. It's a shrub that I saw on Santa Cruz Island on Sept. 10, 2015. Leaves were rather thick and rounded.

Thanks.

Default Rhus integrifolia

Hi Mike,
the shrub in the foreground looks like Rhus integrifolia to me. The common name is Lemonade berry, and the tangy coating on the fruits are delicious!
