grass in bricks

I have just put a small, radial brick patio in my back yard. I want to grow some sort of ground cover inbetween the bricks. I was thinking about Irish Moss, but it doesn't grow very fast and to buy enough to fill all the cracks now would cost a small fortune. The rest of the back yard is fescue. Anyone have any ideas? thanks, steve</p>
