The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related area, and a minimum of 5 to 8 years experience. Must have knowledge of local habitats and sensitive plant and animal species. Must have expert knowledge of CEQA and or NEPA regulations pertaining to biological resources. Will prepare technical reports and biological analysis for environmental and conservation planning documents. Endangered species permit(s), conservation plan experience highly desirable and a strong writing ability required.
