Default Stream bed restoration

I need to advise a group who will be planting Carex and Juncus seeds in a couple of weeks for a stream bed restoration project. I would like to know the proceedure for planting the seeds i.e. moist soil to start? should the seed be raked in first? do the seeds need to be covered after? watering schedule?
The species are:
Carex praegracilis
Juncus balticus
Juncus effusus

Default planting depth

As a general rule plant seeds covered with a depth of soil equal to twice their diameter. So a walnut 1 inch in dia. would have 2 inches of dirt over it.
