Full Shade Natives

Hello All! I trust that you have had a wet and wonderful winter! Can anyone suggest natives for an area under our patio overhang? It`s '7' shaped; one side is 9` long, the other is 7` long. The 'end caps' are 3` wide. If you drew a diagonal line across the two end caps, the widest part at the center would be 5` deep. Like a triangle, sorta`[Hope I`m making this clear!] Anyway, I`d like to get several varities of small, blooming, fragrant, nectar producing [for the hummers & butterflies] as I can within these confines. This is pretty easy, actually. I can list a few: aquilegia formosa or pubescens, any heuchera, frageria californica, lonicera subspicata, sisyrinchium californicum, venegasia carpesoides, iris douglasiana, satureja douglasii or chandleri, ribes sanguineum or indecorem, woodwardia, lilium, thalictrum polycarpum, elymus condensatus, lepechinia fragrans, salvia spathacea, even groundcover manzanitas like arcto. `carmel sur` or `danville` do well in shade. Another surprise is dendromecon harfordii - I love to use it to light up a larger shaded spot. They don`t mind at all. A couple other shade tolerant bushes are garrya elliptica and calycanthus.
