Pinus Remorata as a sidewalk tree?

Having taken the advice of this board and abandoned my Frenomtia as a street tree idea, I am now trying to find out how much sidewalk damage a pinus remorata is likely to do. Does anyone hve any idea about whether these are shallow or deep-rooted, and what the diameter of the trunk will be when it`s 20 years old, living near the coast in San Francisco?</p>
