Position Overview:
Hours - M-F (7AM - 5PM with hour unpaid lunch) & Sat (7AM - 12PM)
Competitive Pay: $16 - $22/Hour Based on Experience
Benefits include: Medical, 2 Weeks Paid Vacation & 3 Sick Days

Position is a labor position, who also oversees the work of other employees, under the direction of the Farm Managers and Orchard Manager. Must be able to execute the landscaping vision of the Managers, which includes, but is not limited to: driving an excavator, installing irrigation, repairing irrigation and general CA plant knowledge. Quality pruning skills are a MUST. Seeking team players that are interested in working to help build a Biodynamic farming operation. No pesticides, ever, which means weeds are a constant maintenance!

All who apply will need solid references, proof of proper work authorization and a valid driving license with a clean driving record. Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. Bilingual in Spanish-English is a plus. Must be able to communicate in English.

Apricot Lane Farms is a 130-Acre Organic and Biodynamic Operation. The landscaping surrounds 80 beautiful Acres of Avocado & Lemon Orchards and 40 Acres of Pasture.
