Default Pallid Manzanita propagation?

Hello everyone,
I am a native plant enthusiast who caught the bug in 2009 when I tore out my remaining lawn and planted only California natives.

I would like to start a restoration project on a small parcel of land in the Oakland hills that my business partner owns.

Is there any way to grow more Pallid Manzanitas, which I believe is the only species that grows in the east bay hills at approximately 1000 ft in elevation? I know they are highly endangered, so what would be the best way to go about this?

Thanks
L
