Default Cornus nuttallii/ Incense cedar

Does anyone have any tips on how to grow Cornus nuttallii from seed? I seed the red fruit clusters now, when do I harvest the seed and sow them? Are there any special treatments for the seeds before planting them?
Also, do Incense cedar transplant well? If so, when is the best time to do so?

Default failed

no, I have been trying for several years to get them going. They take two years to germinate, probably requiring long stratificatioin. I have been looking for C. nuttallii to plant in my garden for years but have not found it for sale
