Default tongva/gabrielino plants

I am a 3rd grade teacher in Lakewood near Long Beach, CA. I'm installing a 30x50 foot garden for our students. I want one section to include plants used by the Tongva people since we live in their tribal area and we do a lot of studying of them as it relates to the history of Catalina Island. I also would be interested in plants the island band of the Tongvas used.

I am also in need of someone who could build a water element to include a 6 foot tall waterfall, cascade, stream...recirculating pump, etc.

Thanks,
Jeff
