Default Peirson's milkvetch

It seems like we have the perfect opportunity to gather a significant piece of data for Peirson's milkvetch. Biological surveying was paid for by off-road funds and found 77,000 seedling milkvetch in the previously open area. Is BLM or CNPS planning to follow up this information to see how many plants actually made it to seed? Perhaps this would be the perfect project to work with off-road vehicle organizations on as they could provide the access while we all gain info on biology.
