Do we have a moral obligation to get our schools to stop feeding junk food to kids? Vending machines and junk in the cafeteria. Do we want an even more obese generation than the one before?

I am strongly opposed to profiteering from children by pandering to wish for simple sugars, salts, and fats. I teach 9th graders. Many of these young adults consider a bag of hot chips and a soda to be a nourishing breakfast. They have these "snacks" again during nutrition and sometimes after lunch.
