Dividing Cymbidium Orchids

Will someone suggest how, and when I should divide my Cymbidium Orchid. All sugestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jeff in Sacramento</p>

Well, Cymbidium orchids are not native to California, but there is information out there on dividing them, really. You should look in the Sunset Western Garden Book or get a book on orchid growing from the library. Lori Hubbart</p>
