Regional Parks Botanic Garden
I went to the Regional Parks Botanic Garden in Tilden Park in Berkeley this morning to photograph flowers. Glacier Lilies, Adobe Lilies, Trillium and Fritillaries were all in bloom. Other flowers of note were Shooting Stars,Alliums, Star Zigadene, Manzanitas, Ceanothus, California Poppies, Wild Currants, Mahonia, an early Buckwheat, and even an Agave. It’s not the wild might but it might be one of the best places to see and photograph native plants right now. Also a good chance to see rare plants.
