October Wildflowers at Abbotts Lagoon, Pt. Reyes
 

I hiked the Abbotts Lagoon Trail at Pt. Reyes on October 2 and saw quite a few flowers, birds, and animals. Native plants in bloom including Sea Rocket, Beach Morning Glory, California Poppy, Sand Verbena, Beach Suncups, Aquatic Knotweed, Coyote Bush, Marsh Hedge Nettle, Candy Flower, Coastal Angelica, Mock Heather, Wild Aster, and Musk Monkey-flower.
