Seeking Camissonia cheiranthifolia and Abronia umbellata

Can anyone tell me when Camissonia cheiranthifolia and/or Abronia umbellata flower and fruit along the CA and OR coasts? I am a Queen's University PhD candidate, Kingston, Ontario, Canada, and will be starting field work next spring/summer on each of these species, and need to know when will be the best time to catch them in fruit and flower?

Camissionia cheiranthifolia suffruticosa can be found on the coastal dunes in Ventura County at Emma Wood State Beach in Ventura; at McGrath Beach State Park between Ventura and Oxnard; at Mandalay Beach Park in Oxnard Shores (west end of Fifth Street); Ormond Beach in Port Hueneme and Oxnard; Point Mugu State Park along Highway 1. Abronia umbellata can be found at these locations as well. Collecting specimens from any State Park requires a collecting permit.
