Jan 02. In the woods. A type of flowering fungus? I will send you a photo of a mossy type of growth on a rotting cedar tree stump which I can't identify. Please e-mail me and I will send the photo to you for identification. Thanks Frank

You might want to check your local library for a book called Mushrooms Demystified. It is a great book and easy for the layman to read. Look under its index and locate the fugnus host - the CEDAR TREE...good luck
