California Natives for my wedding

my fiancee & i are planning to use flowers from where i live & from where he lives in the bridal boquet & as decoration at the reception site. i live in CA & can't seem to find a list of common names of native CA flowers. please help.</p>

Ok, well that is a big question. Where exactly in California are you? There are so many native flowers in CA that it is hard to come up with a simply generic list. Once you tell us where you are it will be a little easier to answer your question. Ben</p>

It is already March, so if you haven't gotten married yet . . . go to the 'CAnative' website for a complete listing in Alphabetical order of CA native plants: they include photos, and indicate the region of CA that each plant is native to, as well as bloom season, etc. Also, Borders Books has some great native plant books in cheaper paperback!. If you are in S. Cal. go to the Theodore Payne Foundation nursery in Sun Valley for plants. </p>
