Sacramento Native Plants

I just bought a home on .23 acres in Sacramento. I would like to landscape with mostly native plants. I have 6 large trees and several smaller ones. I need scrubs/bushes, midsized thin trees and flowers. Does anyone know of a good source/website with pictures?</p>

Your best source for information on native plants in the Sacramento area is the Sacramento Valley Chapter of CNPS. Their website can be accessed through the main CNPS website. Alas, they have probably already held their fall plant sale. However, they may have information or be able to direct you to sources. A great place to see which natives do well in the Sacramento Valley is the Arboretum at U.C. Davis.
