Does anyone have experience with growing San Diego poverty weed, Iva hayesiana, from cuttings?

Cindy,What about Mike and Jeff's crew at Tree of Life Nursery? I have seen it and the space between internodes looks relatively small and so should be a fairly easy one.have you had trouble or just curious?I know the entire slopes around the new Getty Center were planted with only two plants. Quercus agrifolia on grid and Iva beneath. Thousands and thousands of plants. I imagine they were from cuttings.Best of luck.Dan

I was curious as to if someone had already worked out conditions. A friend of mine is going to try a variety of conditions with cuttings so I will find out what works but was hoping to save them some trouble. I don't expect it to be problematic but have never tried cuttings- I have just grown it from pots from Tree of Life. It is fairly hardy from a pot so it shouldn't be too difficult to propagate a local variety.
