The city of Upland is mandating that my husband & I plant our landscape for a commercial property we have in Upland, CA San Bernadino in the next couple of months--in order for us to be able to open shop. My husband & I waited too long to figure out our design and now we must comply with the city's codes. I need some large trees, numerous shrubs and tons of groundcover. Which species are my best betsI have heard that planting riparian plants may be the best way to go if we just keep watering them through the summer heat. Any suggestionsplease help. Thanks! </p>
