I recently purchased a house in oakland hills, and I want to plant much of the 1/2 acre lot with native trees and shrubs. A main goal is to screen the view of adjacent houses. I'd appreciate any recommendations re. appropriate native trees that are fast-growing, deciduous, and amenable to pruning. Thanks!</p>
