I just found the California Native Plant Society web page, and a sub-page on flowers and plants for butterflies. http://www.cnps.org/gallery/callahan/butterflies.htm Does anyone know if any of these plants do well in southern San Jose in particular, and in this clay adobe you-need-a-pickaxe-to-dig soil? And if yes to those, are they available at nurseries, and if so, where?

Thanks!</p>
