The quality of the contacts pages varies considerably, some
you must call on the telephone, others have complete email
addresses.
We've also included secondary
links to the Statement of Planned Actions (SOPA) for each
forest that has a web page on this topic. The SOPA
provides notice of NEPA actions in each forest. If you
plan to follow activities, such as logging, in a national
forest, you will need to follow its SOPA. The best way
to do this is to contact the forest and ask to be put on the
NEPA/SOPA mail notification list.
