Associated Meetings

Associated meetings are gatherings of registered conference participants, convened by a working group, CNPS chapter, affiliated organization, committee, university, agency, or others interested in holding a meeting or social function as part of the conference. Associated Meetings require advance request and approval. Meeting space is limited. Requests received after May 1, 2008 may or may not be accommodated and will not be listed in the Registration Brochure.

Meeting Accomodations

Note: Associated meetings are scheduled for Saturday evening, 7:30 to 11:00 p.m., Sunday evening, 9:00 to 11:00 p.m. or Monday, 7:30 to 11:00 p.m. and are limited to 60 participants.
