This month's FAQ!
Q: When I send a copy of my contract/agreement with an event facility to the state office with an insurance request form, do I need to send the complete document or only the pages relating to the insurance requirements?
A: Always send the entire document and all attachments. We will need this on file in order to proceed with your insurance request. Sending incomplete documentation may cause a delay in getting the required proof of insurance back to you, so please be sure to always send your insurance request form and a copy of your contract/agreement/other documentation (including all pages and all attachments) all together so we can proceed with your complete request. Remember to submit your complete request at least 6 weeks before your events. Insurance guidelines and forms for CNPS chapter events are available on the admin page of under "Chapter Event Insurance" and you can contact Becky at with any questions.

Next CNPS Quarterly Meeting

December 2-4, 2016
Berkeley, CA

Hosted by the East Bay Chapter

Why should I attend the Quarterly Meeting?
1. You will connect with, and learn from, other CNPS members and staff from around the state
2. You get to contribute to important decisions that impact our organization during the Chapter Council session, and learn about the projects that CNPS staff are working on
3. Through social events and field trips, you will meet like-minded people and get to know a new area of the state - it's fun!

Hope to see you there!
