Fiscal Policy

In order to meet CNPS overall commitments, our fiscal policy is that programs which have an annual expenditure exceeding budget, or revenues solicited, for the program will compensate deficits by the end of the first quarter of the next fiscal year, unless otherwise approved by the Executive Council.
